Based on the results from the Daily Operations Manager of Content Distribution interview, we mapped the user’s journey through his or her various everyday tasks. We identified all the steps that the user experiences, his or her feelings, and any issues that happened to come up each step of the way. We also highlighted opportunities that could improve the user’s workflow.
